Vocational training without employment opportunities is meaningless. We ensure employment for every trainee once they learn the pre-requisite skills Graduates from the training level VT-3 and VT-4 join the work center. Here they start working as Production Assistants, Teacher Assistants or Office Assistants. They are paid a stipend in the scale of Rs.450-50-750/- or Rs.750-75-1500/- or Rs.1500-100-2500/- depending on their contribution in terms of taking initiatives, completing assigned responsibilities, their accountability, adaptability and quality of work. But we know that fuller life means work as well as other fun activities, therefore the  work centre employees also get opportunities to take part in physical and recreational activities including sports.

We also continuously strive towards acquiring employment opportunities for these young assistants outside Muskaan.
